Mentorship is the cornerstone of the Back in Class Program,
providing vital support and guidance to empower youth. Through cultivating
meaningful relationships between experienced adults and young individuals, the
program fosters a supportive environment where dreams are nurtured and
aspirations are turned into reality. Mentorship enables students to navigate
challenges and unlock their full potential.
